Returns

All items will come complete with a 1 Year Guarantee which covers parts and labour for repair purposes. Some items may have a longer warranty (please see description).

30 Day Money Back Guarantee on Mail Order and Online Purchases.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014, most goods can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund, including standard delivery cost. Returned goods must be in their original condition and should have their original packaging.

The only items that are not covered under this guarantee are headphone/microphones (unless faulty) due to health reasons and user replaceable items that are subject to product registration or wear and tear. These include software, mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles) which cannot be guaranteed.

Please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. The RMA number must be printed on the box of the item(s) you are returning.

You can also give us a call on 01206 855125 to arrange a pickup from our couriers. There is a charge for this service that will apply if the item is to be returned outside of 7 days of receipt or being returned for a refund. For repaired itmes we will pay the courier fees to ship the item back to you once repaired.

Headphones and earphones may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Software products may not be returned and hardware products which come packaged with software, and where the software has been registered may also not be returned.

Items will need to be returned with original packing, RMA number (printed on box) and accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.

We aim to get items repaired as quick as possible subject to availability of parts and manufacturers time scales.

If an item has been returned inside of 28 days we will try to offer a replacement where possible though this does depend on stock availability. Of course if none of this makes sense then give us a ring on 01206 855125 and we will endeavour to help you as much as possible.
