Thanks guys for the swift delivery. The case is awesome and rugged. Used it on the road this weekend. Thanks again guys and will be using you in the future no doubt
Firstly thanks to "Get in the Mix" for a swift delivery. The product OK CONS.... it's black and will scuff like mad... Who cares? it's supposed to look after the kit whilst dragging it in out of a van, not to show of to your friends in your bedroom. Besides a few scratches makes it look you actually get out there. Build quality... it's a flight case. no it's not built like they did in the 70's were a truck could run over it and typically the corners are sharp in places which means it's a flight case, they're all the same.. so don't cut yourself blood screws up sliders. It has the right sponge in the right places and the deck fit nice and snug. though I would like to see one more wedge for the top and slider stop for the sliding tray for transport... To address one remark on the Internet about this case "it would be great if it had cable whole in the back" Eeerm like all these cases the back is open!! beside cramming cables through a whole large enough to let a river in with a £1800 controller inside is not a good idea. crosstalk etc. besides........ The price .. I liked the red Pioneer one, except the laptop required because I have DDJ SZ and you Need a laptop, lasts 5 mins in the real world and in the real world a spare laptop is handy and can also be plugged to the deck (it is a schoolboy error not to take a spare). so the big sold shelf works! Buy the same case for up to £350, Or buy this one and give the change to charity. Did I mention it was just a flightcase? Oh and one so much worth the money (Sorry about the missing whole in the back) I must admit I really wanted the red Pioneer one. So I bought red Pioneer sticker stickers on both sides to advertise to a thief which box to grab first Cheers DJ Fossil 41 years in the game and still counting
