Discover exceptional sound quality with the Kanto ORA, Kanto’s first fully active speaker system. Each driver is individually powered and finely tuned to deliver accurate, high-resolution audio across the entire frequency spectrum.
Bi-Amplified Precision
ORA utilises a 50W RMS Class-D amplifier divided into four independent channels. Each tweeter receives 9W, while each woofer is driven by 16W, resulting in balanced, detailed, and highly controlled sound reproduction.
Digital DSP Crossover
Instead of a traditional analogue crossover, ORA uses advanced digital signal processing (DSP) to manage frequency distribution. This allows for greater accuracy and control, improving clarity and overall sonic precision.
Smooth Highs & Consistent Dispersion
Featuring ¾” silk dome tweeters, ORA produces smooth, extended high frequencies for comfortable, fatigue-free listening. An integrated waveguide enhances vertical dispersion, ensuring consistent sound whether positioned vertically or horizontally.
Impressive Low-End Response
Despite its compact form, ORA’s 3” woofers deliver deep, punchy bass. In many cases, the low-frequency performance is strong enough to remove the need for a subwoofer, though one can easily be added if desired.
Intelligent Bass Management
When a subwoofer is connected, ORA automatically redirects frequencies below 100Hz via a steep 24 dB/octave filter. This allows the main speakers to focus on midrange clarity while reducing distortion during demanding playback.
Flexible Connectivity
Designed for modern setups, ORA includes a wide range of inputs:
- RCA for analogue sources like turntables and legacy devices
- USB-C for direct, high-quality audio from computers (up to 16-bit/48kHz)

User-Friendly Controls
A multifunction front dial controls volume, input selection, and power. The LED indicator changes colour to show the active input:
- Green: RCA
- Yellow: USB-C
- Blue: Bluetooth
A rear 1/4”-20 mounting point allows for easy wall or stand installation.
