The mixer's first two channels function as channel strips, accommodating microphones, high-impedance instruments like guitars or basses, or line-level sources. Further sound shaping is facilitated by a 2-band EQ for bass and treble, along with adjustable reverb featuring three presets (small, large, plate). Channels 3 and 4 are dedicated stereo line inputs suitable for keyboards, synthesisers, drum machines, or small electronic drum kits.
Expanding your performance setup is effortless with the DAVE 12 G4X, thanks to its digital SPDIF stereo input and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing integration with media players, computers, or smartphones for playback and control of backing tracks, sound effects, or music during breaks. Channels 5 and 6 offer additional versatility, accommodating a karaoke system or connecting a TV device for enhanced audio experiences.
In terms of sound quality, the DAVE 12 G4X has been completely reengineered and redesigned from the ground up. New compression drivers and waveguides ensure homogeneous and directional dispersion, while FIR filters and advanced DSP technology deliver transparent, colourless sound, elevating the DAVE Series to new heights. The subwoofer features a larger voice coil and optimised bass reflex system to minimise air flow noise.
The DAVE 12 G4X is exceptionally flexible in its use, with selectable mode presets for classic stereo setups or configurations with two closely spaced satellites mounted on a T-stand above the subwoofer. Whether in stereo mode or Cluster Mode, the DAVE G4X delivers outstanding sound quality in all configurations, ensuring interference-free coupling and reproduction of the stereo signal for enhanced headroom and directivity.
