The HK Audio Polar 12 MK2 Column PA System is designed for DJs, live bands, presenters, and venues that need greater output and extended bass response. This all-in-one setup combines a 12” subwoofer, column speaker, and spacer that connect quickly without cables or tools, making setup fast and hassle-free. With 2000 watts of peak power and wide 120-degree horizontal dispersion, it delivers powerful, room-filling sound with impressive clarity.
A built-in four-channel mixer on the rear panel provides flexible connectivity. Channels 1 and 2 accept microphones or line-level sources, while Channel 3 features a Hi-Z input ideal for guitars and other high-impedance instruments. Channel 4 supports stereo RCA input and Bluetooth streaming. Each channel has its own level control, and onboard EQ with Music, Voice, and DJ sound modes allows quick tonal shaping. A dedicated subwoofer level control lets you fine-tune the low end to suit the room.
With advanced DSP, five user presets, and an optional delay function, the Polar 12 MK2 easily integrates into more complex setups. The system delivers up to 130 dB SPL with a frequency response reaching down to 35 Hz, providing deep, controlled bass and clean headroom for louder events. Its 120-degree horizontal and 30-degree vertical dispersion ensures consistent coverage while keeping reflections under control.
Bluetooth 5.0 enables reliable wireless streaming, and True Wireless Stereo allows two systems to be linked wirelessly for full stereo performance without additional cables. With up to 40 metres of range in ideal conditions, it’s well suited to weddings, corporate events, DJ sets, and live performances.
The onboard DSP includes high, mid, and low EQ controls with a sweepable mid frequency, plus selectable presets to quickly dial in the right sound. Five user memory slots allow you to store and recall settings, while the LCD display and rotary encoder provide straightforward control. Adjustable screen brightness, contrast, and a lock function ensure reliable operation during live use.
The modular column design connects via integrated connectors that carry both power and signal, eliminating speaker cables. The spacer section can be removed for lower-height setups when needed. Supplied with protective covers and carry bags, the Polar 12 MK2 is built for quick transport, rapid setup, and consistent performance from one event to the next.
