CASA-28BA Active Subwoofer 2 x 8" 400W
The CASA-28BA is a compact, slim-profile active subwoofer designed for both mobile and fixed sound reinforcement applications. It features an internal amplifier and accepts line-level inputs via balanced XLR or 6.3mm jack, with an XLR line output for easy signal cascading to additional active cabinets.
Its built-in DSP presets precisely filter low frequencies before sending the signal to the Class-D amplifier, powering twin 8" woofers with up to 400W RMS output. Output level is adjustable via a dedicated control, and gain can be boosted with the convenient Boost function. A phase switch allows correction for time alignment or phase issues, ensuring optimal integration with other speakers.
The CASA-28BA can be positioned flat to accommodate a 35mm pole mount for a full-range speaker or stood upright for a smaller footprint. Its compact size also makes it ideal for discreet placement behind or beneath furniture in installed sound systems.
